Paraj Primlani founder of Parafit says he started Parafit after his successful weight loss journey.

In 2008, he thinks that it’s really difficult to find real healthy food in the market, every brand is selling preservative mixed food as healthy food. 

Paraj did a course in dietitics and nutrition and started giving meal plans to his friends and family.

Primlani realizes the potential of the fitness industry and he built a tech enabled platform where anyone can get the customized diet plan and dietician support.

After a year he started delivering freshly cooked and nutritious food in Delhi-NCR.

Now Parafit has an app where people can track their fitness goals, get customized diet plans, expert support and order healthy food.

Till now, Parafit assists 10,000 people globally and delivers over 2,50,000 food orders in Delhi-NCR.

Paraj said that we never force our client to leave their favourite food, we just add some healthy food to their diet.

Parafit comes in the list of top 3 healthy restaurants of Delhi-NCR.

Paraj started parafit from the initial investment of Rs.1 Lakh and now it’s multiplated to 1,000 times.

Primlani always said that client satisfaction is our motto and we always do new things for our client satisfaction.

Paraj said that the upcoming five years is very crucial for the Parafit as they are looking for aggressive expansion in all metro cities of India.

Parafit is a profitable startup and it has 55% clients renewal rate.
